The church in 2030 will be led by today's 15-18 year olds. That is, the kids in high school today will be the mature spiritual leaders who underpin the church's work in the days ahead. |
The impact we will have in 2030 will be determined by the quality, not of our worship services today, but by the quality of spiritual life we impart to the young people we have opportunity to invest in. If we grow a generation who really know first hand the reality of John 15 in their lives, they will be incredibly fruitful – that's guaranteed. |
About the conference
Every ministry that the Church undertakes depends on its leaders. That is, leaders who know the truth and are expressing the life of Christ with vitality through the fullness of His indwelling Spirit.
