TIMOTHY MYERS
TIMOTHY MYERSMelbourne School of Theology - AUS
Tim is the Executive Principal of MST and of Eastern College Australia. He has had 12 years in senior leadership roles with mission agency ‘Pioneers’, and almost a decade in pastoral ministry with Baptist churches in Queensland. Tim completed his Master of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary, with majors in Systematic Theology and Bible Exposition.
DAVID HENRY
DAVID HENRYPastor Swallowfield Chapel - Jamaica
Dr. David Henry is currently the Pastor of Swallowfield Chapel in Jamaica. He has served in this role for over 15 years since he responded to the call of God on his life to serve in ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree, M.A in Global Leadership and a Doctor of Ministry. David is happily married with three grown children and two grandchildren.
STEPHEN MCQUOID
STEPHEN MCQUOIDGospel Literature Outreach - UK
Stephen McQuoid is the Director of Gospel Literature Outreach which is a missionary organisation based in Europe. He is an author of sixteen books on subjects such as discipleship, evangelism, apologetics and church discipline. He exercises a national and international preaching ministry and is married with three children. We are excited to have him share at the 2021 Conference.

Christian Community Churches of QLD is responsible for co-ordinating and hosting the 2020 National Conference. This year it is being hosted by Mueller Community Church in Rothwell on the Northside of Brisbane.

What is the purpose of the National Conference?2020-02-23T16:25:06+10:00

An opportunity for our movement of Churches to gather together and encourage one another in the work of our local Churches.

Who will supervise my children while at the conference?2021-05-31T22:16:38+10:00

There will be a children’s program (Primary School Age) that will run alongside the main conference on Saturday. This will run from 9am-5pm. There will be Kids Church (Primary School Age) and Creche available during the Sunday morning session with Mueller Community Church.

Yes, we will be providing the following food:

Leaders Summit Registration – Light Dinner

There are number of accommodation providers around the Redcliffe area. Search for accommodation in or around Redcliffe, Rothwell, Clontarf, Scarborough, Margate, Deception Bay and North Lakes. There are possible AirBNB options in those areas as well.

Watson Park Accommodation Centre in Dakabin (18minutes away from Mueller) has a variety of options available including Motel style units, dormitory style units and camping sites. Mention you are attending the conference and they will provide a 10% discount.

Mueller Community Church is in Rothwell on the Redcliffe Peninsula which is approx. 40 minutes north of Brisbane CBD or 25 minutes from the Domestic Airport Terminal. 75 Morris Road, Rothwell.

Driving:

  • From the Bruce Highway, take Exit 133 (Anzac Ave) and head east towards Redcliffe along Anzac Avenue and turn left on to Wattle Road then left onto Morris Rd.
  • Alternatively, heading north from Brisbane along the Gateway Motorway, take the Deagon Deviation across the Houghton Highway Bridge, then continue along Elizabeth Ave which becomes Snook St, then left at Anzac Ave, and right on to Wattle Road then left onto Morris Rd.

Yes, we would love for you to bring your Youth Group along to the conference. If you are planning to book a larger group and travel to conference, we suggest you get in contact with the Conference co-ordinator to help assist with your booking and accommodation options to help keep your costs down.

We understand there may be some challenges in travelling to QLD if there are travel restrictions in place, which is why we are offering a hybrid conference. This means that you can attend “in-person” at Mueller Community Church OR you can purchase a “digital pass” that will give you online access to livestream our keynote sessions and selected workshops.

The Digital Access Pass is for individuals. If you would like to host an ONLINE HUB at your church and watch the livestream as a group, we can provide GROUP pricing for access to the Digital Pass. Email us today.

A conference ticket will provide you with access to all our KEYNOTE and WORKSHOP sessions. We will also provide supper on Friday night, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Supper on Saturday. We will conclude the conference with a Morning Tea on the Sunday after our final session.

LEADERS SUMMIT – This event will run from 2-5pm on Friday afternoon for Ministry Leaders, Pastors and Elders.
